The Beach Date

Everyone likes to go to the beach. It’s fun and social, and there’s nothing but good vibes everywhere you look. People are playing with their kids, and playing Frisbee, relaxing and talking. It’s a great place to bring a girl for a date. If you and your date decide on a beach venue, there are some simple preparations that will ensure that the trip is a success and remains a favorite place from then on

There are FIVE main things that you have to take to any beach outing. If you forget any for these, your day will be off to a lousy start that can only get worse. You need to bring a big blanket, sunscreen, water, flip-flops, and towels. You need water or else you can get a severe headache from dehydration. The shoes and towel are to protect your feet and body from the incredibly hot sand, and the sunscreen is to protect your skin so you can stay out all day. Use an SPF of 30 or better at a minimum. With the basics now covered, we can discuss other details to consider.

Pros to the Beach Date

One of the coolest things about the beach is that you can check out your babe in bathing suit. Not much can be hidden behind one of those. On top of that, it hardly costs anything other than the price of gas. If you make sure you have dark wrap around sun glasses, you have the bonus of surreptitiously checking out other eye candy

Having fun with your date is the prime objective, and a beach just makes that happen. Beach balls and Frisbees brings out the kid in all of us. You might even get involved in a game of beach volleyball if there is a game going on. It can always be awkward to get those first few touches or embraces with a woman, but if you’re playfully wrestling and splashing in the water, it’s a quick way to get those first touches out of the way. Speaking of, applying her sunscreen is another way to establish instant physical intimacy.

The beach date is also great because you can stay and watch the sunset and have a picnic supper with her. This is very romantic, and if you have played your cards right all day, will lead to much more intimacy.

The Bad Stuff

The hardest thing to anticipate when you’re going to the beach date are the weather variables. Check the long range forecast before you make the date if you are planning in advance. Even so, the forecast is likely to change, so have a change in venue if it turns out that the beach is a no-go for reasons of weather. Do one final check the night before because the weather will be pretty certain by then. One thing about the beach is that it is usually a bit cooler during the day because of on shore breezes, and a bit cooler at night because of off shore breezes. It never hurts to take a sweater or sweat shirt, and even a pair of jeans.

You should also check any pollution warnings for the beaches in your area, and in some parts of the country, you would need to verify if there is any increased risk of jellyfish stings.

Nothing is as big a pain as a loud, obnoxious group of people close by. You know the type, rude, foul mouthed, and just show offs. Often pushing their weight around because they need to feel big for some reason. If you run into something like that, then just move up the beach a way to where it is quieter and more private. Remember that you may have to be mobile, so pack as light as you can.

Lastly, you have to expect a few muscle-bound hunks will be walking along the beach looking for women. These guys always ruin it for more average guys with long hair, or a small belly. You can try distracting her when they come near, but it is better to actually just let her get her eyeful of hunky dude. Chances are she would not be going out with you if body builder types enamor her.

If things go really well, she might want to stay on the beach after everyone else has left and get frisky. Not a good idea, despite what Hollywood tells you. Here’s why. Sand will get everywhere and in everything, in spite of the blanket. This can cause a lot of hurt and make the date end up on a miserable note. On top of that, a lot of biting insects come out at night along most shorelines. In most locals, nighttime is a time to cover up, not get bare-naked. It is much, much better to bring her home to bed. Who knows, she just might stay the night!

Anyways, hopefully this gives you guys some ideas and help. Don’t forget the sunscreen!
